CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect my time and other clients waiting for appointments, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. • If you choose to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your current deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment date. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price and will not be permitted to book future appointments.
